It's pretty much just a sponge cake. I added butterscotch morsels and topped it with honey, cinnamon, and powdered sugar. Is it the florescent lights that make all my cupcakes look bright yellow?! I should take them outside for some natural light...P.S. These are really good. I love butterscotch.

Oui Oui!
These are called gateau de savoie. Which means savoy cake. Savoy means having a compact head and wrinkled leaves.....*yawn*... These cupcakes don't have cabbage in them, no worries.
